Following a ransomware incident identified on April 11, 2026 that affected certain systems in Europe and Australia, we have implemented containment measures, which was a significant step on the path to recovery.
We are making strong progress in our restoration efforts following this incident with many products and services now partially or fully restored.
Restoration is being conducted in accordance with established security protocols, with each system validated by our incident response team and external forensic experts before being returned to service. No system is brought back online until it has been confirmed clean and meets the security standards established for this response.
Restoring the remaining impacted systems remains our top priority, and we will continue to do so on a rolling basis. We are proactively notifying customers as the products and services they subscribe to become available.
We are committed to a deliberate and thorough investigation of this incident. Our investigation, conducted alongside external experts, remains ongoing. We will keep our customers informed, to the extent our investigation uncovers additional relevant information. Based on evidence to date, there is no indication that customer personal data is involved.
